Propellant Grade Hydrogen Peroxide

We sell our propellant grade hydrogen peroxide in jerry cans loaded on pallets, which we ship all over the world. One jerry can contains 66.1 lbs (30.0 kg) of hydrogen peroxide, and a full pallet consists of six cans.

The most cost effective way to purchase hydrogen peroxide is by the pallet. This is because shipping is expensive for smaller quantities. We will, however, ship any quantity you want - no order is too small.

90% Propellant Grade (P90)


High purity propellant grade, 90% H2O2.
Stabilized with sodium stannate, max. 4 mg Sn/l.

This is the quality with the highest specific impulse (= lowest propellant consumption).

85% Propellant Grade (P85)


High purity propellant grade, 85% H2O2.
Stabilized with sodium stannate, max. 4 mg Sn/l.

This quality is ideal when using silver decomposition catalysts, because the moderate decomposition temperature does not make the silver metal soft. The propellant consumption is slightly higher than when using P90.

The moderate decomposition temperature, ~620 oC, also allows the use of standard type stainless steel as a rocket construction material.

80% Propellant Grade (P80)


High purity propellant grade, 80% H2O2.
Stabilized with sodium stannate, max. 4 mg Sn/l.

P80 works well with silver catalysts. P80 gives the highest propellant consumption, but is still the lowest cost propellant because of the lower price. There is somewhat lower noise level at rocket operation, because of lower nozzle exit velocity.
